## Description

In line with Cumberland Council's Prevention Approach, the concept of a "Third Space" has emerged as a crucial element in a community's social infrastructure\. A Third Space \(distinct from home, work, school and caring environments\) offers a neutral and welcoming environment where individuals can come together for community activities, to access services, and receive holistic support early\. The Council has an opportunity to establish a third space /community hub in Workington within the existing Workington Library Building and requires a professional services consultant to work alongside in order to develop the property to the desired service standard\.
