Work description
The Council undertakes regular reviews of its own effectiveness. The Council has decided that the effectiveness review this year should be undertaken externally with a focus on three key areas: a. Reviewing the effectiveness of the current governance arrangements b. Preparing for a new Strategy 2020-2025 c. Supporting organisational culture change
