## Description

The Supplier will assign a Service Delivery Manager \(SDM\) to the NPFS service and account\. The SDM will be responsible for reporting on and managing the applicable Service Levels with NPFS\. This will include managing the Microsoft SLAs through our SDM from Microsoft and our own service levels in relation to our support services\. Additionally Microsoft provide the capability to calculate SLAs using Application Insights Analytics
