## Description

The agency is looking to purchase an automated machine that can measure thrombin generation in plasma and platelet rich plasma using a fluorogenic substrate\. We are under the impression that there is only one supplier which can provide this machine\. Before we proceed further, I want to check, can you supply these items or equivalent? If you can do this, please feel free to email Nawaz\.habib@nibsc\.org to register an interest\. If no submissions \(by close of play 21 January 2018\) of potential interest are received it is then intended to perform a direct award without competition to the sole supplier we believe can supply this machine\.
