Description

The British Council seeks to procure the services of supplier/s to design, plan and conduct a baseline study and a final impact evaluation of the 21st Century Schools Programme. It is expected that the baseline study will be designed, planned and conducted in such a way as to facilitate the impact measurement at the end of the programme phase. Within the LOT 1 the supplier will also be required to support the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Programme Officer in defining and setting up of a monitoring system in order to facilitate the implementation of the baseline study and the final impact evaluation. Lot 1 - Design baseline/end line study, final evaluation and internal monitoring systems and tools for the 21st century school programme in the Western Balkan. The work will take between February 2019 and April/May 2019. Lot 2 - Conduct baseline/end line study and final evaluation for the 21st century school programme in the Western Balkan. The work will take between February 2019 and March 2021. Suppliers can Bid for One or Both Lots Additional information: Suppliers who wish to express an interest and take part in the tender process will be required to register on our e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil. Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and `means of proof` will be required. These conditions are outlined in the ITT.
