Description

A bid for NIPF (National Productivity Infrastructure funding) has been successful for the bridge replacement works. S106, SCRIF and Local Transport Plan (LTP) monies will also be available for the project. As the bridge is the ownership of Network Rail, any works carried out associated with the bridge requires Network Rail approval. The approval process with Network Rail involves submission of documents which they then assess and sign off in order for any works to take place. Any works taking place around the bridge may also necessitate supervision from Network Rail employees. This process cannot be circumvented or use an alternative provided.
