TC141 - Enhanced Offender Support Intervention Service - Mini Competition

Description

The Authority is seeking to provide Offender Services comprising two components:\r • A Housing-Related, Accommodation-Based service, and\r • A Floating Support Service for people transitioning into and from the accommodation based service.\r \r Both elements will be responsive, co-ordinated, and proactively focused to each individual client.\r An Accommodation-Based Support Service will provide a minimum of 12 self-contained units of accommodation to offenders on license, subject to conditions on the statutory license and/or supervision or at risk of re-offending.\r \r The Contract is to be used by the Council's Community Housing Services within the Department of People.\r \r The Authority will appoint one Provider for the Contract.
