## Description

Rykneld Homes Ltd \(RHL\) is an established Arm's Length Management Organisation \(ALMO\) responsible for managing the housing stock \(8,000 homes\) on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council\. RHL was created in April 2007 to manage, maintain and improve the housing stock and housing estates across the district\. RHL is also a registered provider with Homes England and has 64 properties for rent with and 8 Shared Ownership properties\. RHL has also recently developed 6 properties for Open Market sale\. Rykneld Homes are looking for a supplier to provide 120 mobile devices of various models plus accessories\.
