## Description

The University of Wolverhampton wants to Contract with a suitable Supplier for the Supply of Sports Apparel\. This commodity is to be managed by the University Institute of Sport \(IoS\)\. IoS are responsible for supplying corporate sports apparel to the Academic Sports Student cohorts \(x3 degree courses\), the University sports teams \(on and off field apparel\), sports Scholars, and the IoS staff\. In addition some campus retail outlets stock sports apparel for general purchase The Supplier will take an active role in managing a supply of quality sports apparel for the above named groups together with any associated services\. This will include sports apparel packaged for the individual, the maintenance of a small buffer stock of sports apparel for interim orders to address sizing changes as and when required\. The sports apparel must be issued within a ten \(10\) week period and a management information system is required that provides detailed records of purchases, returns and any issues\. There are a number of Mandatory Requirements as part of this tender process, Tenderers must have/meet all mandatory requirements in order to bid for this tender\. The requirements here include: • The successful Contractor must have a minimum annual turnover of £200,000 • The successful Contractor must have a minimum of £1,000,000 Public / Products Liability Insurance • The successful Contractor must have a minimum of £5,000,000 Employers Indemnity Insurance • The Tenderer must have a Credit Safe Score of ≥30 Note: if under applicants must be able to evidence their financial status as not high risk over the Contract period\. • Equality - compliance with current UK legislative requirements\.
