## Description

The purpose of this procurement is to find an experienced implementer who can perform the duties of a secretariat for the UK Gulf Women in Cyber Fellowship\. This Fellowship aims to support women leaders in cyber security, provide networking and relationship building within the region and with the UK and deliver the four syndicate group projects\.
