Work description
Award of a Call of Contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Barista & Customer Service Training for residents of HMP Downview to design a tailored curriculum for residents, integrating practical and theoretical components relevant to the Specialty Coffee Association and C&G standards. Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, participants to receive a nationally recognised Barista qualification and Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.
