## Description

The project comprises the design, supply and erection of a new modular building, to a client's design and approved planning submission, alterations to the existing LICA building \(internally and externally\) and the linking of the two structures\. The University seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor for the works under a Design and Build single stage procurement route\. Additional information: This EOI document has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal \(In-Tend\)\. Tenderers must submit their responses to the EOI through this same portal by the deadline stipulated at the top of the document\.
