The award of a contract to Capita for the provision of their income management and payment solutions to ensure that LBS Sutton and RB Kingston councils continue to have an effective and fully supported mechanism for receiving and quickly allocating income into the organisations. This is fundamental to support budget management and efficient debt recovery, whilst also meeting the needs of service users to offer flexibility to pay for council services in a variety of ways
