## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to is to lead on the validation and support for of all the necessary financial modelling of data gathered across all Greater Essex Councils, which will need to be incorporated within the development of a business case\(s\) for submission to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government concerning its statutory invitation to develop proposals for local government reorganisation by 26 September 2025\. The Council are seeing to obtain dedicated third party support to identify and deliver the elements needed under the scope of this requirement\.
