CPS Applications Support and Data Hosting services

Further to its April announcement of an extension to its COMPASS IT Services contract, the Crown Prosecution Services launched a further competition for Application Support and Data Hosting services to Lot 5 Suppliers under framework RM 1058 Technology Services on 30 June 2017. On 24 November 2017 the CPS awarded the Contract to CGI IT UK Limited.

The Contract has been awarded for the Implementation and 2 years of Operational Services (with an option to extend by up to a maximum two 12-month periods). During Implementation the Supplier will construct a private Cloud Hosting environment and transfer the department's business critical applications (including the Case Management System which interacts with the partners in the UK Criminal Justice System) and other applications to the Cloud environment.
