The Council wishes to procure the following the following work: The works comprise a full electrical works package upon a live school site. Areas of the school are to be decanted to an externally placed portable classroom unit to allow a sequential works procedure. Works include: • Distribution Equipment • Fire Alarm • Security • Lighting & Emergency Lighting • Small Power • Data & Telecommunications • Asbestos Removal Works • Lath and Plaster Ceiling Removal Works • Insulation Upgrades • Ceiling Renewal • Installation of Portable Classroom Unit (By others) • Decoration & Associated Fabric Works
