Work description
Origin Housing Limited is looking for a professional window cleaning company to provide window cleaning services for our residential, sheltered and retirement premises owned and managed by Origin. The Communal Window Cleaning Services Contract will be for 3 years with the option of 1 year extension, subject to satisfactory service performance.
Additional information: Winning contractor was awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender. Value cost of contract per annum is £33,919. The whole life of the contract is 2 years plus 2 year extension.
