## Description

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services in respect of conducting an annual survey of Melton Borough Council tenants in a prescribed way\. This is called the tenant satisfaction measures \(TSM\)\. We have carried out our TSM survey for 2023/24 and are looking for surveys from 2024/25 onwards\. From this tender we require the partner to complete: • Project management, survey design, data export, sampling, and exclusions • All Fieldwork in connection with completing the survey's • Weighting of results, reporting, benchmarking, and key driver analysis\. The features of the regulatory survey include: • A mixed method survey to be carried out on behalf of MBC\. • The survey could either be carried out mid-late September or on a quarterly basis throughout the year\. • Based on 1,800 surveyable households, MBC would need 317 valid responses in order to meet regulatory compliance therefore MBC wishes to carry out a full census approach to all 1,800 properties\. • The survey will include the 12 TSM questions \(along with pre-qualifiers\) and up to five additional questions - which may be open-ended questions\.
