## Description

The requirement is to expose a secure API from the CERS system with a defined subset of data, that can be filtered by date\.The API will enable access to CERS data by providing public read-only access\. The CERS data model will be used and will be exposed as JSON reflecting the existing CERS schema, including the data as previously discussed\.The API will meet MCA security design principles, and will manage access and authentication\.
