## Description

The Authority has awarded a contract for Legal Advisor to support the Authority's Advanced Nuclear Policy and Delivery \("ANPD"\) team in engagement and negotiations with Advanced Nuclear project developers regarding potential financial support mechanisms in the pre-Final Investment Decision \("pre-FID"\) stage of Advanced Nuclear projects\.
