## Description

Service will facilitate weekly prison council meetings, promote the council amongst staff and residents, recruit to the council \(managed in accordance with the prison appointed council lead\) as well as prepare for and facilitate a monthly Governors meeting where issues raised by the population will be discussed and actions agreed\.
