"Refurbishment and Decoration Works to Clairville Court (complex building) in Middlesbrough. The scope includes replacement of windows and doors to non leaseholder flats; replacement of all external & communal doors; landscaping; new vinyl flooring in communal areas; decoration in communal areas as well as in the flat hallways; replacement of roof and RWGs; M&E and fire stopping works. Additionally, the faulty door entry system at a nearby site (Newcomers Green) is going to be replaced for security reasons.
