23 101 Temporary Accommodation Cleaning

Cheshire East Council (CEC) are required under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018 to provide temporary accommodation for vulnerable homeless households. The accommodation must be suitable and in reasonable condition for occupation and as such, we have a requirement to clean these premises.

Cheshire East Council are looking to appoint a provider who will supply the services as set out in the specification. The length of the contract will be 48 months with 2 x 12 month options to extend.

This procurement exercise will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council electronic Contract and Tender Management System at the www.the-chest.org.uk. Organisations will be invited to bid and will need to provide the additional required information through the Contract and Tender Management System.
