Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust conducted a further competition process under the Crown Commercial Services Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement Reference RM6100, Lot 1 for the provision of a Cloud and N365 Technical Strategy and Service Design consultancy piece of work to enable Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust to investigate a digital transformation pathway by way of adoption of cloud computing. The scope is to produce assessments and reporting documentation to outline our position around 2 core subjects: • Cloud adoption (Cloud transformation of existing on-premise IT service delivery infrastructure) • Adoption of NHS Digital N365
