## Description

This requirement is for a 3-year contract for a Microsoft Enterprise Licencing Agreement and Co-Pilot Contract commencing from Wednesday 1st October 2025\. This procurement is needed to allow for continuity of service for Microsoft licences and roll out of Microsoft Co-Pilot\. These software licenses are subscription based and impact delivery of all operational and business activities and our ability to support the Criminal Justice System\.
