Work description
1.1The British Library is seeking an Environmentalist in Residence to take up a three month residency at the British Library. The ideal service provider will be an individual with proven expertise in one or more of the following areas - climate change data and evidence, biodiversity, human evolutionary impact, economic issues and solutions, energy, climate justice and global inequality, climate adaptation and resilience, climate health impacts, grassroots community involvement in climate action and development. The provider will be able to communicate science and evidence based information in the way that can inspire and engage audiences.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
