Provision of ecological services to write a mananagement plan with a 5 year review provision to include; adherence to planning conditions for construction of a car park, small building and cycle paths in a conifer plantation and to oversee works during construction. Also to include options for management of an 8ha ex conifer plantation regenerating to heathland and potential mitigation measures for two nearby SSSI's should these ever be needed in the future
