Andover and Romsey Car Parking Options Appraisal

Test Valley Borough Council wishes to appoint a transport consultant to undertake a Town Centre Car Parking Options Appraisal to evaluate current provision of car parking in Andover and Romsey town centres and evaluate whether there is sufficient provision to meet future demand, considering the development opportunities identified in the Romsey and Andover town centre masterplans.

The scope of the study will focus on Romsey and Andover town centres, the extents of which are defined by the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2016).
