2021 - 0916 High Rise roof top clearance

In accordance with Citizen wishes we wish to engage with a company to undertake bi-annual maintenance visits to maintain Citizen roof top drains/drainage outlets, surrounding walkways and to ensure that the drains are clear from debris and to allow the roofs to drain the surface water. Also, to ensure the anti-slip walkways are free from algae to present a safe route for contractors to access the equipment on the roofs and are clean and fit for purpose.
