GB-St Helens: Provision of Community-Based Employability Support for Building Better Opportunities (BBO) (Cheshire & Warrington)

Description

Torus Foundation is seeking to appoint a number of service providers to enter into a Community Employability Skills Project for Building Better Opportunities (BBO) (Cheshire & Warrington). Organisations must already be in contact with groups of individuals in Cheshire and Warrington who are eligible for ESF-funded employability support. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
