## Description

The University of Southampton is contracting for an outsourced car parking management and enforcement solution, in place by September 2024\. This involves, but is not limited to, automatic number plate recognition \(ANPR\) cameras, live car park capacity monitoring, a new parking permit application and processing platform, car park signage, and car park enforcement\. This contract was procured under the NHS SBS Sustainable Transport and Infrastructure Framework Lot 8 \(Framework Reference: SBS/10235\)\.
