## Description

A multi-disciplinary consultant appointment to undertake the design works from RIBA Stage 2 -4, submit a planning application, support the Council with the process to appoint main contractor for the construction, to fulfil contract administration duties from RIBA Stage 5-6 and cost management on behalf on LBR\. The scope of service is being extended to provide the role of Principle Designer and also includes other specialist services for Structure, Civils, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating\.
