The revised timetable is: * Tuesday 7 February 2023 - issue Invitation to Tender, procurement documents made available online. * Tuesday 21 February 2023 - deadline for clarification questions (10am). * Monday 13 March 2023 - deadline for return of Bids (midday). * Monday 13 March to Friday 31 March 2023 - evaluation of Bids and recommendation for the successful Bid. * Friday 31 March 2023 - completion of the Purchaser approval and award decision processes. * Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - appointment of the successful Bidder (by issuing of the award letter and terms and conditions of the contract for signature and deadline for return to the Purchaser for completion). * Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - notify successful and unsuccessful Bidders of the award decision. * Thursday 1 June 2023 - commencement of new contract.(LGA first magazine - design, image sourcing, production, print, mail, inserts and advertising)
