Automatic & Roller Doors Servicing & Maintenance

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract to carry out the servicing and maintenance of the automatic and roller shutter doors across the Falmouth/Penryn campus on 6 monthly basis in accordance with the Workplace (Health and Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: • Manual Revolving doors, • Roller shutters, • Automated doors, • Parking barriers The works will include: • Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards • Repairs, • Call-outs, • Fault diagnosis • Minor New Works.
