## Description

Leicester City Council \(the Authority\) invites quotations for the provision of landscaping works at Cardinal's Meadow, Leicester\. The Works are to excavate a number of small scrapes to create wetland areas within an area of former allotment land and to re-profile banks and create access paths to create better access, provide flood attenuation and improved biodiversity\.
