Productive Partners supported the completion of BI/data schemes in 23/24, The outputs from this work illustrate the scale of the opportunity within endoscopy and form the basis of the work needed into 24/25, developing dashboard systems that will provide comprehensive analysis to inform on data driven recommendations and support recovery\.
