Provision of taxation services to the group including: • Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns, and preparation of accounts disclosures for statutory accounts • Review quarterly VAT returns for Progress Housing Group • Review monthly VAT returns for Concert Living • Annual review of Tax Strategy Document, Transfer Pricing Policies & other • IR35 reviews as required • Retainer for basic queries (30 minutes or less) - expected to be mainly on VAT • Support with ad hoc projects as required To split over 2 lots, one for VAT and one for all other taxes.
