\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights Framework Brief Description of Requirement The ISCF Made Smarter Innovation challenge was a \+£300m programme \(public and private sector investment\) running from 2019-2025\. The challenge has been extended by a further year with an additional £19\.5M grant funding\. An evaluation partner is needed to evaluate the work that is carried out by the challenge, to evidence that the public money spent on running it has made a positive impact and has been a good use of taxpayer's money\.
