Estates Services - Provision of Cleaning Services

The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) provides homes and housing services to around 65,000 households and deliver over 10,000hours of care every week. TGPL are seeking to procure the provision of cleaning services for its estates. The provision of these services is an important part of enhancing the environment of our estates and of ensuring our customers' homes are welcoming and a great place to live. These services will include, but are not limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related activities.
