Short Breaks Additional Specialist Provision Thriving Minds Complex Needs\\r \\r This provision must be able to support children and young people with SEND that require a higher level of support than is currently provided through the existing targeted short breaks offer\. This may include the provision of additional support related to things like: behavioural needs; going to the toilet; specific health conditions e\.g\. Epilepsy; communication/ sensory needs; physical disabilities etc\.
