## Description

The University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider for our Grange Townhouse Window Refurbishment project\. The townhouse windows are quickly nearing end of viable life and require like for like replacement to maintain the integrity of the building fabric and improve the aesthetics of the facades\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
