Description

Leicester City Council (the Authority), on behalf of Marketing Leicester & Leicestershire, requires the services of a public relations agency with the appropriate experience and expertise to provide strategic public relations and media relations services as more particularly outlined in the Scope of Services of this Request for Quotation (RfQ). This tender was divided into two Lots (Lot 1 Tourism, Lot 2 Inward Investment) with a further Lot combining the two.
