Locker Lane, Allithwaite- Architect

We are looking to appoint an Architect to provide a feasibility and design service for a potential affordable housing scheme in Allithwaite. South Lakes Housing are working with the landowner to bring forward a parcel of land on the periphery of the village settlement boundary. The area measures approximately 0.18 hectares and is surrounded by grazing land and residential homes. The site is currently grazing land.
