## Description

Hackney Council Parks and Greenspaces wishes to purchase a new 110Hp tractor to replace 90HP tractor\. The old Tractor is in a poor condition and often breaks down resulting in works schedules not being met and impacting on standards\. Hackney has 28 Green Flag parks and the tractors \( which with gang unit\) vut nearly 70 percent of grass within the Borough Parks
