The Council requires the provision, licencing, support and maintenance of an on-premise Case and Document Management IT system, with associated components, to deliver the statutory services namely: • Planning applications and enforcement • Environmental protection • Trading standards • Licensing • Building control • Maintaining the Local Land & Property Gazetteer (LLPG)
