## Description

Derbyshire County Council seeks to identify potential collaboration partners to support the East Midlands and Northamptonshire Children's Trust \(NCT\)\. All members in the East Midlands and NCT are committed to the principles behind sector-led improvement and have formed the East Midlands Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliance \(RIIA\)\. The RIIA aims to promote and facilitate improvement across all local authorities through a flexible offer of challenge and support and a coordinated collaboration programme\.
