Employee Selection Assessments

As part of the it's Executive and Staff recruitment, UKAEA is seeking to appoint a supplier that can deliver a range of testing and assessment services as a component of the full recruitment and selection lifecycle of Executive recruitment across a range of roles and disciplines in UKAEA. Tests should measure a candidate's suitability for the role being appointed to. It is expected that the number of testing and assessment requirements may range from one recruitment campaign (potentially up to 10 candidates each) to 8 campaigns. The exact number is unknown and is dependent on attrition and growth of the UKAEA headcount due to business changes and expansion. Psychometric tests are currently used as part of the Executive recruitment process.
