## Description

Peabody Trust \("Peabody"\) is seeking to appoint a single provider to create a small scale but dynamic festival that will encourage the exploration of Thamesmead's natural spaces through a series of artistic light installations in different locations\.Three Rivers is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to develop and deliver an evaluation framework to measure the impact of our programme over 4 years\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
