GB-London: Development and delivery of Local Evaluation Framework for Three Rivers, Bexley's Creative People and Place programme

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a single provider to create a small scale but dynamic festival that will encourage the exploration of Thamesmead's natural spaces through a series of artistic light installations in different locations.Three Rivers is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to develop and deliver an evaluation framework to measure the impact of our programme over 4 years.
