Third Party Independent Audits - Gas and Electrical Services and Fire Audits

Onward group is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Formerly known as Symphony Housing Group, we rebranded in April 2017 and now operate under 1 common board. Onward's housing stock is managed as 3 regions: Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. Each region is further divided into a number of neighbourhoods, reflecting local boundaries. Onward is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to the regeneration and sustainability of the North West region, with a primary focus on making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Onward wish to appoint 2 suitably qualified and accredited consultants, one to cover domestic and commercial gas and electrical services audits and one to cover fire audits, each working across the groups entire geographical region. This will allow Onward to assess the quality of the in house and contracted services they are receiving to ensure the highest quality of service is received. The consultant for gas and electrical services will be required to undertake audits in relation to domestic and commercial gas installation and servicing, Commercial servicing/commissioning records, Electrical Installations and EICR, Domestic renewable energy servicing, Solid fuel servicing and Renewable energies. The consultant for fire audit services will be required to undertake audits in relation to Fire Risk Assessments
